We had an amazing time at the HRD HR Summit in Melbourne! A huge agenda of speakers, topics and workshops that inspired some innovative thinking around recruitment, leadership development, legal, mobility and especially wellbeing and safety.
We saw a big focus on how organisations are moving to meet the new demands of workforce wellbeing, which is now an essential pillar of health and safety. We spoke to a lot of HR leaders struggling to manage increasingly diverse and dispersed workforces who are both wanting and needing additional support from the organisations they work for.
