We’ve prepared a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) for existing HealthNow customers to help clarify a few key points and assist you in addressing any questions your team may have.

As you may have heard, HealthNow has rebranded to Extraordinary. If you’re an existing Healthnow customer, we’ve prepared a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) below to help clarify a few key points and assist you in addressing any questions your team may have.

In short, the way you use and experience HealthNow won’t change. The employee app and customer portal will remain HealthNow branded and your employees will continue to use Healthnow branded and co-branded cards. 

The difference is that now you can add additional plans to your account at no extra cost. You simply allocate specific budgets to your employee accounts for purposes such as travel, like you already do with health and wellbeing on your HealthNow card. If you’re interested in extending the use of your Healthnow card, our team will walk you through the process and help you set the category approvals for each budget accordingly.

Why has HealthNow changed to Extraordinary?

Our shift is a direct result of your feedback. We were asked to extend our capabilities as health and wellbeing weren’t the only way employers needed to distribute budgets to their employees. 

Will the customer portal experience be different?

Existing HealthNow customers will continue to use the HealthNow customer portal. All existing features will function the same way, and you can continue managing your health and wellbeing benefits. The only difference is you now have the added opportunity to create additional plans, such as gifts, transport and allowances, at no extra cost. 

Will the Employee App experience be different?

The HealthNow App will also remain the same. Your employees can continue using the HealthNow app. All existing features will work the same way.

How does the change from HealthNow to Extraordinary affect my company’s support or service?

The service and support you receive will remain unchanged. You’ll still have access to the same dedicated support team who are familiar with your account and needs. The rebrand to Extraordinary simply reflects our expanded vision, but the quality of service and support you’ve come to expect will stay the same.

Does the release of extraordinary impact HealthNow card holders? 

No. Your card will still work, you will still have access to HealthNow and everything for you will remain the same! 

Can I still use my HealthNow card? 

Yes! Your HealthNow card will continue to work as usual and you will still sign in on the HealthNow App.

Do I change where I log in? 

You will continue to log in and use the HealthNow app.

Where do I go for questions? 

You can find answers to common FAQs here, or you can reach out to a member of our customer success team at any time, via the help centre.

Will my card work in more places? 

Where your card works, is controlled by your employer. Your card will continue to work in the sectors they have chosen to make available. 

Can I get an extraordinary card? 

No. As a HealthNow cardholder, you will continue to use your HealthNow card.
